- Ensure stock levels are kept up to date and order parts as and when required in a timely manner
- Will need to liaise internally with different departments oi ensure task are completed on time
- Complete Service Work and ensure your team have completed their tasks & documentation correctly.
- Be responsible for your team’s holidays, timesheets, expenses and day to day HR issues
- To manage your teams performance including review, appraisals and disciplinaries.
- Ensure your team is working safely and in compliance with legislation / WCS processes & methods.
- Highlight any training and upskilling needs within your team.
- Good working knowledge of ACoP L8 would be advantageous
- In-depth knowledge in commercial plumbing
- Experience with inventory management or procure systems.
- Excellent IT skills (especially Outlook, Excel and Word).

- Salary up to £44,000 (depending on experience)
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
- 25 days plus bank holidays
- 10 extra paid days leave for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers to attend their annual training.
