This is a permanent role offering the chance to play a key part in delivering sustainable projects that support the UK's transition to Net Zero.The RoleYou'll be responsible for producing accurate cost estimates on a variety of EV infrastructure schemes. This will involve reviewing client documentation, developing Bills of Quantities for civils works, and pricing from first principles. You'll work closely with technical and commercial teams, supporting bid submissions, preparing tender documents, and presenting to clients when required.What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in estimating, ideally within a civils or infrastructure environment
  • A track record of delivering capital projects and working with NEC (3/4), ICE, or JCT contracts
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess risk and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
