To find out more visitLocationRemote (Northern England and Scotland)Position SummaryEngage actively with clinical decision-makers and experts in laboratory, haematology, and immunology to support company goals. Provide scientific knowledge and support for the use of specialist assays in diagnosing and monitoring various conditions. Communicate data through meetings, seminars, and conferences. Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to promote guideline recommendations. Identify new uses for assays and work with Account Manager for business growth.To be successful in this role, you will need a strong scientific background gained in academia, industry, or healthcare. The ability to effectively communicate scientific concepts and data as well as develop and maintain productive working relationships with senior healthcare professionals is also essential.Education
  • Ph.D. or a comparable level of experience in a pertinent scientific domain or a related field.
Experience
  • Scientific research in haematology, immunology, biochemistry, or oncology, preferably gained from completion of a Ph.D.
  • Extensive experience delivering scientific presentations to expert audiences.
  • Peer-to-peer engagement with scientists and/or clinicians.
  • Having worked in a pathology environment within the NHS would be beneficial.
  • Experience interacting with customers is helpful.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
  • Teammate able to communicate effectively in a professional scientific manner.
  • Proven track record in balancing and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment for timely completion of projects.
  • Data management skills including basic statistical analyses and data handling.
  • Ability to achieve goals with minimal to moderate supervision.
  • Demonstrates ability to work nationally with diverse groups in clinic, lab, or research settings.
  • Ability in scientific communication, emphasizing immunodiagnostics, haematology, or oncology.
  • Strong skills in scientific writing.
  • Must reside on territory.
  • Valid driving licence for UK and good driving record.
