The team takes pride in its meticulous, client-focused approach-managing everything from pre-contract documentation and surveys to delivery, all with precision and a seamless process that clients trust.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Pre-Construction Manager / Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the pre-construction phase for high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring everything is assessed, planned, and aligned before construction begins. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating technical surveys, laser-measure data capture, and preparation of CAD-based documentation.
  • Managing documentation for Licence to Alter, Health & Safety compliance (CDM), landlord and solicitor submissions.
  • Leading the team implementing ‘design freeze’ layouts, detailed finishes, and furniture scheduling for full turnkey delivery.
  • Serving as the central point for internal and external communications to guarantee a seamless transition to onsite delivery.
  • Ensuring the project team operates smoothly, from procurement to build, maintaining high standards of planning, quality, and delivery.
This role offers one day per week working from home within a structured yet dynamic collaborative environment.REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven track record in a Pre-Construction Manager or similar Project/Commercial Manager role within commercial interior fit-out or design & build sectors.
  • Strong experience in coordinating pre-contract documentation, CDM compliance, tender support, site surveys, and design coordination.
  • Proficiency in preparing CAD-based layouts and technical documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management-able to liaise confidently with landlords, solicitors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Sound understanding of construction health & safety protocols (CDM) and documentation requirements.
  • Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight schedules.
