This is a pivotal role, responsible for driving profitability, ensuring financial health, and delivering best-in-class leadership across the multifaceted elements of the business.You will lead from the front, setting the standard for people management, strategic thinking, and delivering the Authority's vision. Working closely with commercial and property teams, you'll be the person who brings it all together: balancing the needs of tenants, redevelopment pressures, whilst setting strategic priorities to deliver a sustainable, world-class horticultural market.Success in this role means thinking big while managing the detail, shaping strategy and developing the market for future generations, collaborating with senior peers across the wider framework.
