A Warehouse Supervisor is required to join a forward-thinking manufacturer of automotive components. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and customer-focused solutions, this company is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and support continued growth.Key responsibilities include -
  • Supervise and coordinate a small team, including warehouse operatives, counterbalance FLT drivers, and yard workers
  • Delegate daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and yard operations
  • Operate a counterbalance forklift (valid, in-date licence required)
  • Manage stock transactions using an MRP system
  • Attend and contribute to daily management meetings
  • Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity
  • Support hands-on tasks in the warehouse and yard as needed
Ideal skills & experience -
  • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A proactive, practical approach with a “lead by example” attitude
  • Valid counterbalance FLT licence
  • Familiarity with MRP systems (Priority experience is a plus)
  • Ability to manage workloads and adapt to changing priorities

  • Starting salary of £30-35k
  • Opportunity to work with a respected manufacturer
  • Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm / 7am - 3pm
