- Identify Learning Needs: Build strong relationships across the organisation to understand and address learning needs, developing creative solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate Training Sessions: Conduct engaging soft skills training on essential topics such as communication, emotional intelligence, and resilience.
- Design Digital Learning: Create and deliver innovative digital learning solutions that are engaging, effective, and aligned with our organisational goals.
- Promote Wellbeing: Integrate wellbeing principles into learning initiatives, supporting programmes that enhance mental, physical, and emotional health.
- Collaborate on Development programmes: Work with the OD team to roll out key initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and embedding within teams.
- Support Change Initiatives: Facilitate workshops and engagement activities to drive cultural transformation and foster a growth mindset.
- Manage Apprenticeships: Oversee the apprenticeship programme, including budgeting and ongoing support for apprentices.
- Evaluate Learning Impact: Collaborate with the team to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions and continuously improve processes.
- Encourage Participation: Build relationships at all levels to promote a culture of development and encourage participation in learning initiatives.
