Job Title/Location:Client Services Administrator, London (walkable stations include Waterloo, Southwark, Borough, London Bridge, Lambeth North + Elephant & Castle)Office/WFH: 3 days office + 2 days WFHSalary:£27,000 + bonus to £4,000Requirements:At least 1-2 years solid administration experience in any sector, strong IT proficiency & very good attention to detail.Role Snapshot:Help manage the client database, process appointments, monitor Advisor contact with clients & help compile MI reports for corporate partners.Excellent opportunity for someone to break into Financial Services with a highly expansive business committed to staff development. Full training & support provided.The Company: This is a well-established, dynamic company within the mortgage sector, expanding at a very healthy pace, 9 people within this team, around 45-50 people within the admin/support team in general. The role is open due to an internal promotion, a regular occurrence within the business.The Role: This Client Services Administrator role sits within an area of the business that works alongside a number of global corporations including banks and law firms, offering an employee financial wellbeing service. Key responsibilities include:Process appointments for third-party services promptly & accuratelyInput all prospective leads into the CRM, capturing the data accuratelyRespond to all inbound client enquiries in a timely & professional mannerProcess and log all client feedback and report on any issues identifiedMonitor adviser contact with existing clients and prospective clientsHelp monitor review dates and activity following dead-linesSupport the development of one particular project, assisting with enhancing system efficienciesAssist the Corporate Account Managers in compiling MI reports for corporate partnersSkills / Experience Required: For this Client Services Administrator vacancy, our client seeks someone who has at least 1-2 years administration experience within a client services setting. You must be highly computer literate, accurate, a hard-working team player, proactive, with excellent communication skills. You should also be willing, on occasion, to cover Telephonists within the team during busy/holiday periods, so confidence in making outbound client care calls is needed.Additional Information: The Client Services Administrator salary is £27,000 with a quarterly bonus adding up to £4,000 over the year. This is a hybrid role, 3 days office and 2 days WFH with the first two week’s being mainly office based. Hours are 9am – 5.30pm (Mon – Thurs) and 9am – 5pm (Fri).
