App and CRM Manager📍 Hybrid (North London / Herts) | 🗓 Contract until 31st Dec 2025 | 💰 Up to £50,000 p.a. (pro rata)Are you a digital marketer with a passion for mobile app engagement and customer loyalty?We're looking for a Manager to lead a high-impact app engagement strategy across EMEA for a major hospitality loyalty programme.This is a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025, ideal for someone who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and wants to shape innovative mobile experiences that drive real results.What you'll do:Develop and lead initiatives that increase direct bookings via a global loyalty appLaunch exclusive offers and promotions to boost app usage among new and existing membersPlan and manage push notifications and in-app messaging campaignsCollaborate with international teams across marketing, operations, and techTrack and communicate performance against app engagement KPIsContribute to wider customer engagement efforts beyond the appWe're looking for:Hands-on experience in app marketing and customer engagement (you could have worked client-side or at an agency as a Senior Account Manager in this area of)Solid grasp of CRM and mobile communication platforms / mobile marketingStrong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into actionExcellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teamsA proactive, team-oriented problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environmentThis is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and digital transformation in a world-class customer loyalty programme.
