Are you a Psychology graduate (or graduating this summer) eager to apply your knowledge and make a meaningful impact in education?Quokka Education is working in partnership with a fantastic school in Winchester, looking for a compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant, supporting students with Autism.About the Role:This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is passionate about psychology, education, and inclusive learning.You will:
  • Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with autism
  • Help students access the curriculum and regulate emotions in a positive, supportive way
  • Work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to ensure a nurturing learning environment
  • Build trusting relationships that foster confidence, communication, and engagement
Who We're Looking For:
  • Psychology graduates or final-year students with an interest in SEN, mental health, or educational psychology
  • Calm, patient, and resilient individuals who thrive in supportive roles
  • Passionate about inclusion, wellbeing, and helping young people overcome barriers to learning
What We Offer:
  • Weekly pay from £95 per day (via PAYE)
