- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized entities-companies, partnerships, sole traders, and individual directors-alongside trainees and supported by senior team members.
- Lead the end-to-end compliance process: finalise and submit company tax returns (including statutory accounts adjustments), prepare and review income tax computations and returns, and handle personal tax submissions.
- Manage P11Ds, PSAs, CIS returns, and ERS submissions.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing compliance queries and liaising with HMRC on factual-based enquiries.
- Mentor, train, and develop junior colleagues within the team.

- 3-4 years' experience in a tax practice.
- Solid technical understanding of corporate and personal tax legislation with an ability to apply this in practice.
- A proactive, organised, and client-oriented approach, with the ability to manage your own time, budgets, and client relationships effectively.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team.
