- Competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 (negotiable) plus a profit share bonus scheme.
- Work from the Rathenraw Industrial Estate office in Antrim with standard Monday-Friday hours.
- Be the first point of contact for valued customers, managing enquiries and orders.
- Work closely with an experienced sales team and management.
- Analyse sales data, generate reports, and contribute to key business decisions.

- Supporting the sales team and management in daily operations.
- Managing an online ordering system to ensure accurate orders and customer incentives.
- Handling administrative tasks, including order processing, picking slips, and customer records.
- Overseeing the full sales order process and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintaining the CRM system and generating weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Conducting monthly outbound calls to nurture customer relationships.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for sales staff as required.
- Assisting management with ad-hoc projects and initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
