- Providing individualized academic support to students with autism and Specific Learning Difficulties (SPLDs).
- Mentoring and guiding students.
- Developing and implementing individualized support plans.
- Collaborating with faculty and staff to ensure student success.
- Utilizing educational technologies to enhance support.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and support provided.
- Participating in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Adhering to all university policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in educational technologies.
- Completion of relevant NAS training modules (support provided).
- Experience supporting neurodiverse learners (preferred, but not required).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
- Commitment to providing high-quality support to students.
- £28 + £3.38 accrued holiday pay.
