We work with leading Investment Managers, Private Markets firms and Asset Servicing firms to solve their biggest and most complex problems. As part of the Operations Transformation practice at Deloitte, we pride ourselves on our ability to harness our deep industry experience across distribution, front, middle and back-office to help our clients drive transformational change across their business.As an Associate Director in our team, you will work as part of a team of Alternative Investment and Private Markets industry specialists in our practice and have the opportunity to:
  • Leverage your industry knowledge and network to become the leading expert in the market.
  • Focus on the delivery of client work that will successfully fulfil and exceed client expectations, and deliver engagement and programme objectives.
  • Take a leading role on projects, managing and developing our more junior team members.
  • Actively participate in, and contribute to, the development of the Alternative Investment and Private Markets Operations team, including supporting proposition development and thought leadership.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
  • Significant experience working in Private Markets and/or Alternative Asset Servicing or equivalent, including significant knowledge of back and/or middle office capabilities and key trends impacting these capabilities in the market.
  • Experience driving change and impacting operating models of Investment Managers.
  • Experience in outsourcing and technology in Alternative Investment and Private Markets, including experience working with Asset Servicers and tech vendors.
  • A track record of designing, delivering and leading transformational change in Alternative Investments and Private Markets.
  • Proven ability to mobilise and motivate teams, establishing the specific day-to-day plans, projects and objectives needed.
  • Broad network in operations functions across alternative Investment Managers, technology providers, and Asset Servicers.
  • Experience in leading client relationships and managing key stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Able to articulate complex ideas to client stakeholders.
  • Have an understanding of risk, how to mitigate risk and protect the firm's reputation.
  • Have a “can do" attitude with a real willingness to learn and participate.
  • Bring enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference.
