The Opportunity - Vehicle TechnicianAbout the role:In response to our ever growing fleet, JCB Garage is looking for a qualified car & light commercial Vehicle Technician to join our team at JCB World Head Quarters. JCB Garage has a fleet of cars, vans, garden & farm equipment and trailers circa 400 pieces of equipment we look after. We have our own MOT bay and large service area dedicated to looking after our fleet to the highest standards of operation. Fleet operations are all online service controlled, giving each member of our time their own individual IT equipment to work with. We require someone who is willing to take the time and effort to work to a high standard and with a keen eye for attention to detail.What does this role involve day to day?· Your Primary role is to service, repair and maintain our car and light commercial fleet of vehicles in line with service and MOT programme· Maintain, repair and service farm machinery and other Estate vehicles· Support in all JCB Garage duties throughout the companyThis will be suited to you if…· You have a NVQ Level 3 Motor & light commercial vehicle technician qualification or equivalent· You have experience with plant and farm machinery along with vehicle body fabrication, would be an advantage but not essential· You have a full driving licenseWhat happens next?Ordinarily, our Resourcing Team reviews and shortlists CVs.
