- Acting as the first point of contact for HR advice, providing guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters including absence, performance, conduct, and grievances.
- Supporting managers to apply HR policies fairly and consistently.
- Managing referrals and follow ups with Occupational Health providers.
- Overseeing and developing a small HR admin team to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Contributing to HR projects such as employee engagement, process improvements, and organisational change.
- Analysing HR data to inform decision-making and support continuous improvement.
- Building strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar HR Advisory role, ideally within a multi brand or group structure.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring HR admin staff.
- Confident in handling complex ER cases.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
