- Accurately recording progress and contributing to regular reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes for our learners.
- Previous experience, either professional or personal, in supporting autistic individuals.
- A patient, empathetic, and resilient individual with a genuine desire to help others.
- A proactive and enthusiastic team player who can also work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to drive service users is an essential requirement for this position.
