Job Description:Kepak is an Irish owned food company, serving international markets, restaurants and household food service names with prime cuts of meat, on trend food service solutions and ready-for-market convenience foods.With over 50 years' expertise in the meat craft, we are still leading the way with bespoke innovations and highly successful, international food brands.Purpose of the job role:Maintains a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.Qualifications and TrainingSIA Approved training desirableLevel 2 Health and Safety desirableMain ResponsibilitiesSecures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.Obtains help by sounding alarms.Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.Controls traffic by directing drivers.Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.Maintains organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Working Hours4 on 4 off shift pattern 06:00 - 18:00 hours Monday to Sunday.PayFrom £12.94 per hour with additional benefitsJob Reference Code: #INDHPRequirements:Qualifications and TrainingSIA Approved training desirableLevel 2 Health and Safety desirableProven experience as a security officer/guard.Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safetyExcellent surveillance and observation skills, Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems, Registered as a security officerBenefits:
