What are you waiting for?Job Title: Content Creator (Employer Brand)Reporting to: Head of Employer BrandingLocation: THG HQ, Manchester, WA15 0AF - FULLY OFFICE BASEDWhy be a Content Creator- Employer Brand at THG?Are you the kind of person who spots a TikTok trend before it blows up? Can you turn a team win into a reel that stops the scroll?As our Content Creator, you'll play a hands-on role in shaping how our employer brand shows up across our social channels, making corporate content as dynamic and engaging as the platforms themselves.As a Content Creator, you will:
  • Create and publish engaging content across TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram - from short-form videos to BTS snapshots, thought leadership posts, and visual carousels.
  • Be the face of THG's TikTok channel, confidently presenting and creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and elevates brand personality.
  • Jump on emerging trends and moments that are relevant and appropriate for our corporate brand, Schedule, publish, and monitor posts.
  • Support a team of Content Ambassadors, setting them monthly project briefs to produce employee-generated content (EGC).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to amplify campaigns, projects, and people stories, attending brand activations and events.
  • Contribute to platform-specific calendars, social copywriting, and visual asset development.
  • Engage with THG's social community, respond to comments, and identify insights from audience behaviour.
  • Produce monthly reports, sharing learnings and recommendations to refine social strategy
What skills/experience do I need for this role:
  • · You've got 1+ years of hands-on social media experience and a love for digital storytelling.
  • · You're passionate about showcasing employer brand in bold, engaging ways.
  • · You're proactive and organised and enjoy having the autonomy to deliver creative ideas quickly.
  • · You bring curiosity, creativity, and collaboration to everything you do.
  • · You pay attention to detail - whether it's copy, visuals, or metrics.
  • · You're comfortable with tools like Sprout, Canva, and Figma (bonus points if you've dabbled with others).
  • · You're data-driven and know how to turn insights into action.
