Secondary Design & Technology Teacher – KS3/KS4/KS5Location: Birmingham, B7
Start date: September 2025
Contract: Full-time | Supply or Permanent (based on interview)

  • Teach Design & Technology across KS3 and KS4 as well as KS5(specialisms welcome)
  • Deliver practical, hands-on lessons in areas such as resistant materials, product design, graphics, food technology or textiles
  • Support students through the full design process from brief to build
  • Monitor progress and support every student to thrive
  • Get involved in wider school life (STEM clubs, showcases, enrichment you name it)
You’ll Need To:
  • Have QTS (or be on track to get it)
  • Hold a relevant D&T or Engineering-related degree (2:2 or above)
  • Be confident teaching across a range of D&T disciplines
  • Be able to engage and inspire every learner, whatever their starting point
  • Believe in the power of education to change lives
