- Administer the procurement of subconsultant professional services appointments for the company’s projects
- Support the legal team to amend / review contract terms and step-down main contract obligations to the supply chain
- Administer the company’s prequalification system including the management of assessments in collaboration with the respective departments
- Good knowledge of all commonly used model forms of contract for UK professional services, specifically the NEC suite, with additional knowledge of IChemE contracts desirable
- High level of proficiency in the use of general Microsoft Office software i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
- Chartered Membership of CIPS (MCIPS) with relevant experience
