To work as a team member providing excellent service to all stakeholders, with the primary focus being the facilitation of ticket sales and associated tasks.Functional Links

- Outstanding customer service evidenced by customer feedback and Family Excellence reports.
- Signposting supporters to other services within the Club including the Retail store and the Inclusion Room as applicable.
- Ticket sales in line with forecast/budget.
- Complete administrative processes relating to ticket fulfilment: sales, season cards, memberships, ticket exchanges, ordering, receiving, printing and mailing.
- Provide excellent customer service at the Ticket Office windows, by telephone, and via social media as applicable.
- Handle customer queries and execute them effectively.
- Handle and be accountable for cash.
- Liaise with third parties, e.g., other football clubs.
- Proactively engage in outbound telephone calls to supporters regarding tickets and other packages available, to support with revenue generation at every opportunity.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for home and away games, e.g., coaches, stewards on coaches, and car parking passes.
- Process specific supporter requirements, e.g., scoreboard messages.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records, e.g., maintaining databases.
- Contribute content for match day programmes and other marketing material.
- Contribute to departmental discussions regarding ideas for social media content.
- Support and contribute to new initiatives.
- Use technology, e.g., computerised systems, scanners etc.
- Replenish stock, office supplies, and uniform as may be required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and assist them whenever necessary and practical.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels.
- Comply with the Club's policies and procedures, and the Football League standards.
- Be proactive with workload and interventions.
- Seek to continually develop their skills and knowledge.
- Adopt an organised and structured approach to fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of the role.

Full-time - 35+ hours per week including home match days and at other times as required.
Permanent.As we start the 2025/26 season, we are pleased to advertise the opportunity to join our established Ticket Office team. As a Ticket Office Assistant, you will play an important part in helping our supporters to purchase season cards and match day tickets, whether in person or online, and delivering a first-class customer experience to them.Reporting to the Head of Ticketing and the Ticket Office Supervisor, you will be required to process ticket sales through our ticketing system, also assisting with season card sales and the annual renewal process, as required. Successful applicants will be required to support in our Ticket Office throughout each week and on home match days; candidates must be prepared to work flexibly, covering evenings and weekends, to ensure a consistently smooth and effective ticketing service.We are looking for candidates who appreciate the value and importance of outstanding customer service and who would like to be part of creating a friendly and special atmosphere for supporters. Previous experience in a similar role (for example, ticketing, retail, customer service) is essential, combined with excellent communication skills, a friendly and helpful approach to work, and the ability to work in a team.
