Protocol Education are looking for creative, confident, and compassionate people to join secondary schools as Drama Youth Workers. You’ll work closely with pupils who need a bit more encouragement, using the drama techniques you know well to build trust, boost confidence, and support learning.This role is perfect if you're a TA with a performing arts background, or someone who's worked in theatre, youth work, or creative education.Your day-to-day could include:Supporting students 1:1 and in small groupsUsing drama-based activities to build engagementHelping pupils express themselves, manage emotions, and grow in confidenceAssisting in lessons or leading drama interventionsWhat we're looking for:Experience working with young people (doesn't have to be in a school)Background in theatre, drama, performing arts, or creative youth workStrong communication skills and an empathetic approachAbility to think and act on your feetWhy Protocol?:Weekly PAYE PayWe don't use an umbrella company, so there will be no hidden deductions from your payslipPersonal support from a friendly, local consultantOpportunities to work in schools that value your creative backgroundReady to step in to the classroom?
