In addition, it is working towards launching directly into the Adult Use market that is in the process of legalising in Germany.Our Vision: To enhance lives by cultivating, sharing, and celebrating the power of the plant.PositionAs a Medical Secretary, you will provide a crucial bridge between our Clinicians and their patients. You will liaise with medical professionals, turning their notes into letter form, ensuring customers are clear about their appointments, advice, and outcomes.Duties will include, but not be limited to:
  • Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
  • Handling payments
  • Typing letters, clinical reports, and transcriptions
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Opening and closing of clinics
  • Addressing Zendesk tickets
  • Answering patient queries by telephone and email
  • Administrative tasks to support the wider team

Although not essential, the ideal person for this role would have:
  • Experience with medical terminology
  • Experience working in healthcare administration
