- Support students 1:1 and in small groups with emotional and behavioural needs
- Help develop positive behaviour strategies and classroom engagement
- Build trust and rapport to boost student motivation and wellbeing
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to implement personalised support plans
- Be part of a nurturing team focused on inclusive outcomes
- Holds a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
- Is passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people
- Understands the link between behaviour and emotional needs
- Wants to progress into careers in mental health, therapy, education, or social care
- Has some experience working with children or adolescents (formal or informal)
- Specialist training in safeguarding, SEMH, behaviour management, and more
