As a Learning Mentor / Behaviour Mentor, You Will:
  • Support students 1:1 and in small groups with emotional and behavioural needs
  • Help develop positive behaviour strategies and classroom engagement
  • Build trust and rapport to boost student motivation and wellbeing
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to implement personalised support plans
  • Be part of a nurturing team focused on inclusive outcomes
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Holds a degree in Psychology, Criminology, or a related field
  • Is passionate about supporting vulnerable children and young people
  • Understands the link between behaviour and emotional needs
  • Wants to progress into careers in mental health, therapy, education, or social care
  • Has some experience working with children or adolescents (formal or informal)
