- Company van once probation is completed (three-month probation period)

- Salary increase after completion of probation

- Overnight allowance if required to travel away from home
- Installing and fitting displays, retail fixtures and signage on client sites
- Following technical drawings and site plans to ensure accurate installation
- Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensuring all work meets quality, health & safety, and client standards
- Liaising with site managers and clients to complete installations on time
- Working flexibly across different locations nationwide
- Maintaining tools, equipment and company vehicle (if provided)
- Valid CSCS Card (essential)
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Flexibility to travel and work varied hours (Essential)
- The role may require some overnight travel depending on projects so flexibility is required for working away from home - all expenses paid
- Previous installation, shop fitting or fitting experience desirable
- Strong DIY / joinery / carpentry / basic electrical skills
- Experience working in fast-paced construction environments
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to adapt on-site
- Strong attention to detail to ensure displays are fitted to brand standards
- Industry related training provided and ongoing support throughout
