You’ll shape how we sell, how we grow, and how we win in the UK.🔍 What you’ll doOwn the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to closing deals.Convert inbound leads generated by marketing and SDRs.Build trust with decision-makers in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, and other high-emissions sectors.Run tailored demos and guide prospects through our ESG platform and methodology.Collaborate closely with the Country Manager and the Revenue team in HQ.Refine our messaging, handle objections, and close deals with clarity.Keep our CRM clean, insightful, and up to date.Be part of shaping the UK go-to-market playbook.✅ What we’re looking forThis role requires proven experience in B2B SaaS sales.
You’ve already sold software to companies — ideally in complex sales cycles.You may come from:A startup or scale-up, where you’ve learned to be scrappy and structured.A sales team where you’ve been consistently top-performing in SaaS.A product-led company where you’ve had to educate as much as you’ve sold.🎯 To thrive in this role, you’ll need:3–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.Strong storytelling and active listening skills.Confidence running discovery calls and product demos.Real understanding of how UK buyers think and buy.Strong organizational habits and a clear, analytical mindset.High ownership: you don’t wait for permission to act.Coachability: you seek and apply feedback fast.
