- Prospect outbound with potential clients via phone, and other channels to generate interest in PERSUIT
- Drive outbound contact to book meetings with target personas
- Collaborate with Account Executives to generate and schedule meetings
- Research target accounts and hyper-personalize outreach to key decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up in our CRM
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar customer-facing role, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly driven, self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow with the team
- Experience using tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, video, phone cadencing
- A background in legal or legal tech
- Prior experience selling into legal, procurement, or professional services teams
- A track record of exceeding targets in a previous role
