Our hotel’s majestic clock defines the city’s skyline, and since the day we opened in 190,2 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.Your key responsibilitiesRocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respect the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
  • Help to ensure the seamless running of the overnight Front Office
  • Be responsible for delivering an unforgettable stay for our guests
  • Be the first point of contact for our guests during the night shift
  • Deal with guest requests, check guests in and out, answer any telephone enquiries
  • Deliver a discreet service that exceeds the exceptional standards set by Rocco Forte Hotels.
  • Work alongside the Night Manager and other Night Team Members
  • Have previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
