- Managing diaries, CRM systems, and documentation
- Ensuring client communications are timely, accurate, and professional
- Occasionally liaising directly with clients to confirm details or schedule meetings
- Tracking progress across deals and ensuring team members are aligned
- Learning the full M&A process from the ground up
- Meticulously organised and process-driven
- Comfortable working at pace with a high level of accuracy
- Friendly and professional on the phone – you don’t shy away from client conversations
- Degree-educated (finance-related ideal but not essential)
- Good at juggling tasks and staying ahead of deadlines
- Looking to grow into a broader role over time
- £27k–£30k basic + uncapped commission
- Potential to grow into a 360 advisory role (if desired)
