- This is a seasonal role which runs until 5 December 2025.
- Providing excellent customer service to guests in accordance with Belmond and Leading Quality Assurance standards.
- Cleaning guest cabins and public areas according to departmental standards.
- Making guest beds with clean linen, replacing and adding guest amenities and collateral, and reporting any maintenance defects in the cabins and corridors.
- Assisting with general onboard duties, including greeting guests, helping with luggage and supporting other operational departments as required.
- Maintaining both team, personal, customer and non-customer facing areas to the highest standards and always presenting yourself immaculately.
- Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
- 1-2 years' relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Hospitality qualification an advantage.
- COSHH knowledge and awareness.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, including cleaning practices, hygiene, safety & security, chemicals, cleaning equipment, bed-making, arranging guest supplies, etc.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations, to follow instructions and work independently when required.
