- Lead the delivery of turnkey HV substation projects for key customers, managing collaboration with project teams, including Technical Lead Engineers, Procurement, and Installation & Commissioning teams.
- Ensure the delivery of technical, procurement, and quality information while maintaining Health and Safety Standards and adhering to PM standards and Business Conduct Guidelines (e.g., tax regulations, export control, EHS).
- Identify and raise potential risks, variations, and opportunities within the business, taking full responsibility for the project program and costs.
- Prepare Monthly Progress Reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in customer-facing discussions on technical queries and project reporting.
- Support future project opportunities with the “Capture Team” approach.
- Project Management and Contract Management experience in the Transmission & Distribution industry, with a strong understanding of relevant standards and technologies.
- Knowledge of Substation Primary and Secondary Systems, along with current Health and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
- Familiarity with Risk Management processes and essential contractual management knowledge, particularly with NEC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
