- The people we support are adults with mental health needs and some with dual diagnosis.
- Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.

- Maintain and develop their community links, as well as access to the community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
- This is within a residential service for 5 adults.
- Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
- Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
- Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
- Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
- Must be flexible as shifts will contain weekends and sleep-ins on a rota basis.
- Drivers preferred
