
Facilities Operations Assistant

- Lead the delivery and performance of all FM services, ensuring effective communication with business managers and adherence to a “no surprises” approach.
- Proactively monitor, audit, and resolve IFM service issues, escalating trends and ensuring end-to-end closure of open matters.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying service delivery gaps, implementing change, and maintaining statutory and HSE compliance.
- Manage Helpdesk requests, PPM schedules, and reactive/unplanned incidents, ensuring SLA adherence and lessons learned are captured.
- Oversee workplace services including stationery, print hubs, meeting rooms, catering coordination, and environmental/recycling initiatives.
- Collaborate with Workspace Planning to manage moves, seating plans, desk occupancy, and digital communication screens.
- Build strong working relationships with IFM teams and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery.
- B.A./B.S. degree in a related field preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and meeting budget requirements
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations positively
- Experience in Event Management and/or IFM within commercial real estate, property, or facilities management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to deliver results under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strong customer relationship skills with a service-focused approach
