We are looking for an Experienced Transport Planner for our customer based in the Kettering area. You will be responsible for route planning drivers across the UK as well as the EU.As a Transport Planner your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
  • Planning workloads for drivers’ deliveries within the UK and in the EU.
  • Planning routes for 11+ Car Transporters.
  • Planning the vehicles and ensuring this is done cost effectively.
  • Driver briefing and debriefing.
  • Liaising with customers to book workloads efficiently.
  • Preparing and completing of any paperwork including customs documentation for drivers that are heading to the EU.
The ideal candidate will have the following.
  • Automotive Transport planner Experience (EU Planning experience would be beneficial)
  • Strong understanding to Tachograph Regulations
Employment package on offer;
  • £38,000 - £43,000 per annum DOE
  • Monday to Friday
  • 0800 – 1800
  • 20 days holiday & Bank Holidays
