- Project manage the full Software Implementation Life Cycle including scoping, through to installation to go live and beyond
- Planning and definition of the project scope and objectives
- Ability to derive scope, quality, cost, and timelines associated with a project
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Analysis and management of project risks and how the business mitigates against them and identification of additional opportunities
- Building an understanding of our clients' businesses, sectors, and markets
- Creating process flow diagrams of "as is" processes and working with the business to re-engineer and create 'to be' processes
- Gather, define and clearly communicate client Requirements
- Support the design, test and implementation of new processes and systems requirements
- Help to analyse problems, challenging current state thinking appropriately
- Ensure all data capture, analysis and recommendations are fully documented, auditable, and available for handover to delivery
- Running client orientations and workshops
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to its stakeholders including the Executive Team and the Board
- Establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Produce progress reports both internally and for the client
- Undertake business reviews & health-checks
- Project/Implementation Management experience ideally within IT or Retail
- Experience working within the Retail/Wholesale/FMCG sector
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best
- practices
- Ability to understand and articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to engage, build trust and form quick relationships both
- internally and with our clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office and Google
- Salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
- Hybrid working (3-4 days a week in office)
