- Own the planning and execution of Clearwater-hosted and third-party events across EMEA (conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, client workshops, tradeshows).
- Support flagship global programs such as Clearwater Connect and regional Connect on the Road events.
- Align event goals with marketing campaigns, pipeline acceleration, and brand visibility strategies.
- Develop event briefs, timelines, budgets, and KPIs for each initiative.
- Manage end-to-end logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, contracts, catering, AV, production, and onsite management.
- Ensure brand consistency across event collateral, staging, and attendee experience.
- Coordinate agendas, speaker management, sponsorship opportunities, and executive participation.
- Deliver seamless onsite and virtual/hybrid event execution.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Communications, and Sales to integrate events into go-to-market campaigns.
- Work closely with Sales to ensure events drive meaningful client engagement and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with the global events team to ensure best-practice sharing and consistent execution across regions.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for each event (e.g., pipeline generated, client engagement, brand reach).
- Deliver post-event reporting with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track budgets and deliver events on time and within scope.
- 5–7 years of experience in event management, ideally within B2B SaaS, financial services, or professional services.
- Proven track record in planning and executing multi-market events across EMEA, with experience supporting global programs.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives and clients.
- Creative thinker with a focus on delivering memorable, high-quality experiences.
- Ability to travel across EMEA and globally as required (up to ~30%).
