- Process invoices, create and manage purchase orders, and receipts
- Assist with payroll, expense tracking, and petty cash handling
- Book in delivery notes and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate and update labour schedules
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
- Available on short notice
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Be a strong communicator both written and verbal.
- An ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A salary up to c£27,000.
