RSK LDE an RSK Group company are recruiting for an Associate Director – Infrastructure Team Lead to join the team based in Wigan, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.In this role, you’ll help lead our team, support key projects, and work closely with clients to deliver high-quality results. You’ll also play an important part in growing the newly established Wigan team while supporting the development of junior staff.This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, with the chance to make a real impact and be part of a supportive, forward-thinking company.Responsibilities:
  • Manage, lead and deliver their departments workloads on all projects utilising members of their team, on time and on budget.
  • Liaise with the Regional Director on preparation of the annual Business Plan and Sales Forecast.
  • Liaise with the Regional Director and Administrator on monthly invoicing ensuring that sales targets are met.
  • Carry out their departments PDR’s and have regular ‘one to one’ discussions with team members. Provide feedback on these to the Regional Director.
  • Provide a single point of contact within RSK on their teams projects.
  • Provide Expert Witness service where required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of software used for design in their field
  • Project management skills using RSK procedures.
  • Understand and implement Designer’s duties under the CDM Regulations 2015.
  • Working knowledge of the legislation and technical/design standards in their field
  • 10+ years experience in a relevant role
  • Educated to degree or HNC level.
  • Chartered or Incorporated member of an Institution relevant to their field (eg, ICE, IStuctE, CIWEM, CIOB) preferable but not essential.
