DescriptionPear Recruitment - Lettings Co-ordinator - Belsize ParkSalary - £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)Monday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm,Our client is an independent estate agent with a great ethos! They offer major advantages over the large corporate estate agencies as their focus is on 100% customer satisfaction!We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Co-ordinator preferably experienced using Reapit, CFP & Goodlord CRM to join their successful office. They are looking for a team player with a passion for the Property industry.   • Self-driven with a can- do attitude

  • Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
  • Well organised
  • Experience with Reapit CFP and Goodlord an advantage
