We are proud to be partnering with a housing association, who are looking to appoint a Tenancy Sustainment Officer vacancy on a 9-month FTC.This will be a full-time position based in Exeter with a salary of £28,510 per annum.The ideal candidate will have experience in advising customers through budgeting, benefits advice, and housing support to enable them to maintain their tenancies.Duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Encouraging positive lifestyle choices and providing guidance on accessing health services
  • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring health and safety standards are upheld in all properties
  • Helping customers maintain their tenancies through budgeting, benefits advice, and housing support
  • Working closely with housing management, supporting colleagues, and external agencies to deliver joined-up services
  • Signposting to relevant services and helping customers build the skills and confidence to live independently
Experience required:
  • Experience required in Social Housing
  • Experience working with providing signposting to relevant services
  • Experience in working closely with customer to help maintain tenancies
Working hours:
  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
