- Maintain and complete client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medications and document them according to guidelines.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, offering guidance and support.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and courses.
- Communicate effectively with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Annual salary of £57,000 - £58,000 - £25PH
