Refrigeration Engineer Job – Up to £49,767 + Bonus + Overtime | Supermarket FM ContractsAre you a skilled and qualified F-Gas certified refrigeration engineer seeking a new opportunity in a high-demand field? SERT is looking for experienced engineers to join our award-winning Facilities Management (FM) team to support major supermarket refrigeration systems in the following areas:Wimbledon, Canary Wharf, South Bank, Waterloo, Cobham, Basingstoke, Isle of Wight, Harrow and Potters Bar.Why Join SERT?Competitive salary up to £49,767, depending on experience£3,000 Location Allowance for engineers living within the M25Time-and-a-half overtime payDoor-to-door pay – average engineers earn £10,000–£12,000 extra per year4% annual performance bonus (consistently paid out)Company van + fuel card (for personal use too)Tools, uniform, PPE & smartphone all providedWhat You’ll NeedFull UK Driving LicenceTime-served Refrigeration Engineer with strong fault-finding skillsValid F-Gas Certificate (C&G 2079) or equivalentA safety-first approach and strong communication skillsDesirable (we’ll train you):CO2 refrigeration systems experienceBackground in supermarket or commercial refrigeration maintenanceWhat You’ll Be DoingAs a Refrigeration Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing supermarket refrigeration systems across your local region. This is a mobile role with varied day-to-day tasks in reactive and planned maintenance.You’ll work independently and as part of a collaborative FM team, building strong relationships with site managers while ensuring compliance and system reliability.Benefits & Perks
