Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Product, R&D, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience. 10+ years in professional services or solution delivery within enterprise software. 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing global or cross-functional teams. Deep familiarity with ALM tools, especially Codebeamer, Modeler, and Pure Variants. Proven success in delivering complex implementations in regulated industries. Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership and strategic planning. Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience with systems engineering, variant management, and compliance-driven development. Background in automotive, aerospace, or medical device software environments. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and other DevOps toolchains. Ensure customer adoption and value realization of Codebeamer. Develop and optimize delivery methodologies tailored to ALM best practices (Agile, V-model, hybrid). Manage global resource planning, utilization, and budget adherence.
