  • Full-time or part-time contracts available
  • Paid PVG, pension scheme, free uniform, and onsite parking
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract)
  • Full training and the opportunity to gain your SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care
What You Will Do
As a Trainee Care Assistant, you will learn how to provide outstanding, person-centred care to our residents. You will support them with daily routines, personal care, mobility, nutrition, and emotional wellbeing, always promoting dignity, independence, and respect. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who will mentor and guide you as you develop confidence and skills in your new role.What We Are Looking For
