This role is perfect for someone who thrives on helping pupils bridge gaps in knowledge and develop confidence in the classroom.You’ll be responsible for delivering structured intervention programmes across core subjects – typically Maths and English – to students who require additional support due to missed learning, SEND needs, or lack of confidence.Working closely with subject teachers, the SENCO, and the pastoral team, you’ll help ensure students stay on track academically and emotionally.
