Manage complaints in line with the Complaints Policy
Keep staff informed and support them in complaint resolution
Quality assure draft replies to complaints, FOI requests, and Ombudsman enquiries
Maintain accurate records and analyse complaints data
Identify areas to improve customer care and monitor implemented initiatives
Engage with customers and external bodies to enhance service levels
Highlight training needs relating to customer care
Provide cover and assistance to team members as needed
Undertake other relevant duties as requiredEssential Skills:
Experience in customer service or administrative roles
Strong communication and customer care abilities
Proficient in report and letter writing using MS Word and Adobe
Skilled in data analysis with keen attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlinesDesirable Qualifications:
HNC Business Studies, SVQ Level 3 in Customer Service, or equivalent
