Job Description :Company OverviewWe are working in partnership with a well-established multi-utility contractor operating across the UK. With a strong pipeline of Industrial & Commercial (I&C) and Residential developments, they are now looking to add a skilled Multi-Utility Estimator to their commercial team to support continued growth.Role OverviewAs a Multi-Utility Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for multi-utility connection works across residential and I&C schemes. This role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver commercially sound estimates across electricity, gas, and water scopes.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates and quotations for multi-utility infrastructure projectsReview drawings, specifications, and technical information to prepare accurate pricingLiaise with clients, DNOs/IDNOs, and internal teams to clarify requirements and propose solutionsEnsure all tenders comply with regulatory, technical, and company standardsAttend pre and post-tender meetings as requiredSupport handover of successful bids to delivery teamsMaintain records of all estimates and tenders submittedKeep up to date with market rates, supplier pricing, and industry standardsRequirementsRequirements:Previous experience as an Estimator in the multi-utility sector (gas, water, electric)Strong technical understanding of utility networks and connection worksExperience with both residential and industrial/commercial projectsFamiliarity with DNO/IDNO and multi-utility regulationsHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong commercial awarenessProficient in MS Office and estimating softwareExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
