Job Description:Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation in the industrial/manufacturing space to recruit a Finance Business Partner based in Dunbar, East Lothian. This is a hybrid position offering a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in strategic decision-making while working alongside a high-calibre operational leadership team.The Role:As Finance Business Partner, you'll take ownership of delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting across both regional and national operations. You will be a trusted advisor to the business, helping to drive performance, enhance commercial decision-making, and ensure the integrity of financial controls.Key responsibilities include:Partnering with operational teams to provide timely and accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance planningLeading the preparation of capex schedules, project evaluations, and investment appraisalsProducing SOX-compliant financial statements and ensuring statutory and internal policy complianceAnalysing variances, KPIs, and performance metrics, and providing actionable insights to senior leadershipSupporting both regional (plant-level) and national (head office) reporting requirementsPeriodic travel to other UK sites may be requiredAbout You:Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or QBE with relevant experienceStrong background in operational finance or business partnering, ideally within a complex or matrix-led businessExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA collaborative mindset, with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence outcomesComfortable with occasional UK travelWhat's on Offer:Salary up to £65,000 (DOE)Hybrid working (3 days on-site in Dunbar, 2 from home)Excellent wider benefits packageThe chance to influence and drive real value in a key strategic roleRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
