ABC Teachers is excited to be recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for a welcoming and well-resourced SEND school in Erdington. This long-term role begins in September 2025 and offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners.🧠 About the Role
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
  • Adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs and promote an inclusive environment
  • Assist class teachers with lesson delivery, behaviour support, and classroom preparation
  • Full-time role with potential for additional responsibilities as part of your development

  • Able to provide suitable references and hold (or be willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
